run into jab in sf - she looks healthy but isn't - she is with carson - joanne does not initially want to see me but i follow them on a bike (walk along with them - i am pushing the bike, not riding) and she is ok with that. she stops outside a deli and then she is in a line of not-quite-homeless people. they are all sitting down. she asks me "where are you now in life?". i answer "ellis and larkin" (857 ellis?) - this isn't actually true in the dream. in the dream, i am living at my parent's house. i am thinking about this deception and now afraid that she will want to meet up with me on ellis st., yet i am still attracted to her and actually want to be with her, somewhere. conversation about the past - calm - a few of the other people in line are moving closer to her and there is an undercurrent of drug dealing, something is being discussed or understood.
